Ordering at QA Supplies

At QA Supplies our priority is to make your online shopping experience as simple as possible.

Payment options :

1. PayPal - Pay using your PayPal account
2. Credit Card - Credit Card payments are accepted via our PayPal link.  Select Payment Method "PayPal" and on the first PayPal screen, select "Pay with a credit or debit card"
   A PayPal Account is NOT REQUIRED
3. Direct deposit - Upon receiving your order we will email a pro-forma invoice with our bank account details for the transfer. When your payment has shown in our account the products will be dispatched.
4. Phone - Our phone number for orders or enquiries is 08 8396 5838.
5. Charge Account - Charging your order to an account is an available option, but at the discretion of QA Supplies Management. Please enquire.

If you supply an email address with your order you will receive an immediate email confirmation of your order. Your orders will be attended to promptly and we will advise if there are any delays with providing products.

RETURNS While all care is taken in packaging your goods, QA Supplies will not be responsible for any goods received damaged, due to shipping.

SECURITY & PRIVACY QA Supplies knows the importance of being able to shop securely on-line so we have taken steps to ensure that our customers information is secure. The shopping cart pages that require your personal and credit card details are housed on a secure server.

QA Supplies takes all reasonable care to safeguard your details, and you can be assured that the information supplied will not be distributed to anyone else.
