Ordering at QA Supplies

At QA Supplies our priority is to make your online shopping experience as simple as possible. All prices listed are in Australian dollars.

Payment options :

1. Credit Card - VISA, Mastercard and American Express are accepted. Credit cards will not be charged until products are ready to be dispatched.
2. Direct deposit - Upon receiving your order we will calculate the postage and advise you of your total cost and will then provide our bank account details for the transfer. When the money has shown in our account the products will be dispatched.
3. Phone - Our phone number for orders or enquiries in 08 8396 5838.
4. Charge Account - Charging your order to an account is an available option, but at the discretion of QA Supplies Management. Please enquire.

If you supply an email address with your order you will receive an immediate email confirmation of your order. Your orders will be attended to promptly and we will advise if there are any delays with providing products.

POSTAGE On receival of an order, QA Supplies will calculate the freight cost to your destination and add it to your total. Your goods will usually be sent by either Australia Post or Toll Priority or whatever QA Supplies determines as best suited to your particular delivery. If freight exceeds $30 you will be advised to confirm the price. QA Supplies will always try to deliver goods as quickly and as cost-effective as possible. (Please note. We do not charge your credit card or account until the goods are ready to be despatched).

RETURNS While all care is taken in packaging your goods, QA Supplies will not be responsible for any goods received damaged, due to shipping.

SECURITY & PRIVACY QA Supplies knows the importance of being able to shop securely on-line so we have taken steps to ensure that our customers information is secure. The shopping cart pages that require your personal and credit card details are housed on a secure server.

QA Supplies takes all reasonable care to safeguard your details, and you can be assured that the information given to use will not be distributed to anyone else.

CUSTOMER LOGIN If you would like to keep track of all your online orders with QA Supplies, we suggest you sign up for the Customer Account. Each time you are going to place an order, simply login and the system will track your orders and maintain an order history.
